How do I know which skate size to order?
Skate sizing varies significantly between brands and is often different from standard shoe sizes. We recommend measuring your feet in millimeters and consulting the specific size chart provided on each product page for the most accurate fit.
What is your return policy on skates?
We offer a 30-day return window for items in brand-new, unused condition with all original packaging. Please note that custom-built skates or items showing signs of use on pavement cannot be returned.
How long will it take for my order to ship?
Standard in-stock orders are processed within 1-2 business days. If you have ordered a custom build or high-performance assembly, please allow an additional 3-5 business days for our technicians to professionally mount and test your gear.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery timelines are calculated at checkout based on your location. Please be aware that international orders may be subject to local import duties and taxes.
Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?
If you need to make changes, please contact us immediately. Once an order has reached the packing stage or has been sent to our mounting technicians, we may not be able to modify the contents.
